My order never arrived...now what!?!
We have an entire page on our website dedicated to shipping. At a high level though we ship every package United State Postal Service Priorty Mail with Full Insurance and Signature Required. In the very unlikely scenario your package doesn’t arrive we will work with you and the USPS to refund your purchase if we cannot replace your order with like product.
My order arrived incomplete or damaged...now what!?!
Again, we have an entire page on our website dedicated to shipping. At a high level our fullfillment center has 24-7 video feed and all orders are being fulfilled while being recorded using a tamper proof seal (ie. if it’s a mistake we will have it on camera and will make it right) and if your are attempting fraud we “aren’t the ones” to mess with (hehehe). If your order arrives damaged don’t worry! We only ship insured and we will work with you and the USPS to refund your purchase if we cannot replace your order with like product.
