My order never arrived...now what!?!

We have an entire page on our website dedicated to shipping. At a high level though we ship every package with tracking and $100 of insurance. In the very unlikely scenario your package doesn’t arrive we will work with you and the shipping company to “attempt” to secure an insurance claim refund for your purchase. We say “attempt” because there is no guarantee the shipping company will honor your insurance claim. If you would like to add signature confirmation to your order for added safety and for an added fee please BEFORE purchasing send an email to: mainstreamcomicsllc@gmail.com

My order arrived incomplete or damaged...now what!?!

Again, we have an entire page on our website dedicated to shipping. At a high level our fullfillment center has 24-7 video feed and all orders are being fulfilled while being recorded using a tamper proof seal (ie. if it’s a mistake we will have it on camera and will make it right) and if you are attempting fraud we “aren’t the ones” to mess with (seriously). After twenty plus years shipping out hundreds of thousands of comics we’ve seen a lot, but are prepared to see something new! Again…if you are attempting fraud we really really really “aren’t the ones.” “If” you’re order arrives damaged don’t worry! Send us an email at: mainstreamcomicsllc@gmail.com
